EHS & safety procurement
Hi-vis and FR workwear built to the standards your sites specify, with logo and reflective trim applied in the same factory.
Custom safety vests
Cut · Sew · Decorate · Pack
For EHS managers, hospital, hotel and restaurant groups, corporate HR teams and uniform brands. Every garment is cut, sewn, decorated and packed in one factory, so every re-order matches the sample you approved.
01Who it's for

Work shirts and polos, work pants, work jackets including insulated styles, and coveralls — the everyday base of most programs.
Vests, shirts and jackets as ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 and Class 3 builds, and EN ISO 20471 builds for EU buyers.
FR shirts, pants and coveralls from certified fabric rated to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E.
Chef coats, aprons, front-of-house, hotel, housekeeping and cleaning uniforms.
03In-house
Every step between your approved sample and a packed carton happens inside one building. The spec for the garment and the spec for the decoration stay in the same hands.
One supplier answers for the fabric, the sewing, the logo and the packing — and one set of records traces any batch.
Every panel of a style is cut from the same marker, lay after lay.
Both cuts graded from one pattern set per style; cut work moves straight to the line.
10 twelve-head machines for logos, badges and employee names.
Automatic carousel lines for logos, back prints and program graphics.
Heat-transfer logos and segmented reflective tape, on the same floor as sewing.
Private-label neck and care labels made to order; bulk packed by carton or by employee.
04Decoration
Each employee's name or ID is stitched or pressed inside the same bulk run as the garments. A program of named uniforms arrives complete — no second supplier, no second shipment.
Company logos, chest and sleeve badges on shirts, polos, jackets, chef coats and scrubs.
Per-employee names or ID numbers, stitched or pressed from your staff list.
Larger logos, back prints and program graphics on shirts, jackets and hi-vis.
Logos on technical fabrics and segmented reflective trim on hi-vis builds.
Private-label neck labels, care labels and woven or embroidered patches made to order.
Which method suits which fabric, wash routine and quantity: uniform embroidery and printing.
Your garments never leave the building to be decorated, labelled or packed.
05Industrial & field
On sites, plants and roads, workwear is washed hard and must stay compliant with the standard it was built to.
Segmented tape is heat-applied on in-house presses. Test method: quality control.
Thread, trim and logo method are matched to the FR build of each garment.
Work pants and coveralls are cut for kneeling, climbing and reaching.
06Hi-vis & FR
On hi-vis and FR garments, decoration is part of compliance. Logo, names and reflective trim are applied in-house against the same spec sheet as the garment — no outside print shop decides where the logo goes on a finished vest.

08Guest-facing
Patients and guests see staff side by side. A program is judged on whether new staff and old staff look the same.
Every approved colour keeps a retained lab dip; re-orders are matched to it (see colour continuity below).
Larger programs wear-test a size set first, so the fit is fixed before cutting.
Chef, nurse and front-desk names are embroidered with the garments.
09Fit continuity
A shirt re-ordered next year fits like the one your staff already wear, because it is cut from the same file.
1
CAD pattern and marker files are kept for every active program. Re-orders are cut from the same file, not re-drafted.
2
Bulk is cut by machine, so every panel of a style comes from the same marker, lay after lay.
Signed
The pattern room lead signs off pattern and grading against your approved sample; men's and women's cuts are graded from one set.
10Colour continuity
Your first order sets the colour. Every re-order is measured against the same physical reference before a single panel is cut — and you get the reading.

ΔE ≤ 1.0
Tolerance vs retained lab dipWhen you approve a lab dip, a retained lab dip goes into the records and you keep its twin — both sides hold the same physical reference.
Re-order fabric is read on a spectrophotometer against the retained lab dip, on the fabric itself, while a shade problem can still be fixed.
Fabric reading within ΔE ≤ 1.0 of the retained lab dip goes to the cutting tables.
Outside ΔE ≤ 1.0 it is re-dyed or replaced. If that moves your ship date, you hear before cutting starts.
Hold a garment from the new batch against your twin swatch and check it yourself.
Core-colour fabric held in reserveFor an active program, core colours are held for 24 months, so a re-order starts from fabric already on site and keeps its re-order lead time.
11Lead times
Lead times run from fixed start points, so a rollout date can be planned backwards. The bulk clock starts the day you approve the sample; if the approved sample changes, the clock restarts.
97%of orders delivered on time against the date confirmed at sample approval
37–50 dayscustom cut-and-sew program, quote approval to ex-factory. Sea, air or express shipping is added on top.
| Stage | Logo on a stock style | Custom cut-and-sew program |
|---|---|---|
| Sample | 5–7 days | 12–15 days for sample or size set |
| Bulk production | 25–35 days after sample approval | 25–35 days after sample approval |
| Same-spec re-order | 15–20 days | 15–20 days |
Rollout date minus shipping, minus 37–50 days = the latest date to approve your quote.
Re-orders take 15–20 days; order before stock runs out by that margin plus shipping.
The ship date is confirmed at sample approval and tracked against it.

12Traceability
Each dye lot is recorded against the retained lab dip for that colour. For a re-order, the dye lot on your last delivery pulls up the lab dip it was matched to, so new fabric is measured against the batch your staff already wear. For a complaint, the label leads from the box in your hands to the lot, the cutting date and the line.
| Stage | Who signs | What they approve |
|---|---|---|
| Pattern approval | Pattern room lead | Pattern and grading match your approved sample before fabric is cut |
| First piece | Line QC | The first piece off each line matches the sample before that line runs bulk |
| Final release | QC manager | The order passes final inspection before it ships |
3 inline checks · AQL 2.5 final
Inline QC checks each order at 3 points on the line. Before release, every order is inspected to AQL 2.5, General Inspection Level II, and ships only after the QC manager signs that report. You receive the signed report and labels you can read on arrival.

15Comparison
Uniform suppliers come in three kinds. Here is how each typically handles the points that decide whether a program stays consistent.
| Point | This factory | Trading company | Print shop decorating blanks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Re-order colour check | Measured on fabric before cutting against your retained lab dip; reading shipped with the order | Depends on the factory used, which can change between orders | Depends on which blank lot is in stock |
| Fabric for re-orders | Core colours held in reserve for active programs | Bought per order | Limited to the blank maker's stock |
| Logo & name decoration | Embroidery, print, heat transfer and reflective trim in-house | Passed to a separate decorator | In-house, on garments made elsewhere |
| Size-set wear trial | Full size set for larger staff programs before bulk | Through a third party, if at all | Limited to the blank maker's size run |
| Pack-by-person | Per-employee packs with name, size and site | Depends on the factory | Usually packed by size |
| Private label | Woven neck labels, care labels and patches made to order | Depends on the factory | The blank maker's label, sometimes relabelled |
| Who answers for the garment | One factory for fabric, sewing, decoration and packing | Several parties behind one contact | Print shop for the print, blank maker for the garment |
